Here's a summary of how we deliver your order. The full details are in sections 6 to 8 of our Terms of service.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We don't offer international shipping.
Delivery options and costs
- Standard delivery: £3.99, delivered in 3 to 5 working days. Free on orders of £45 or more.
- Express delivery: £7.99, delivered in 1 to 3 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and start from when your order is dispatched. Deliveries to some remote areas, such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland, may take a little longer.
Tracking
We'll email you when your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.
Late, lost or damaged orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us at musallaco@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if it's damaged). We'll investigate with the courier and send a replacement or give you a refund.
